The Future (cue sci-fi music) |
In five years I will be 19 and at college, probably studying in a dorm while my roommate parties. That isn't really a big loss for me, since parties give me a headache. Plus, I'll need to do well in school since I want to major in veteranairy medicine and minor in financials.
In ten years I'll be 24, and still at college. I'll be at veteranairy school working towards a degree that I won't get until I'm 26.
Around the age of 26 or 28 is when I'll want to get married, but who knows when and if I ever will. After marriage I'm going to wait a few years before getting some lovely kids. During those times I want to be with my friends and new husband as I work to further my career. Plus, I need to be financially stable before having kids.
Two or three years into marriage is when I want children. I'd like to adopt at least one and I can naturally have the rest. I don't want only one child, I want at least two, but four is my maximum kid capacity. Unless there's a tragic accident or major event that gives me another child. I'll happily take that new addition.
Along with kids I want pets.
Now onto my career. I'm torn over being a zoo vet or a normal one. I won't be able to take care of zoo animals until I'm 31. This is because I'd have to go through years of training and internship after college. My other option is to band with my fellow vetrenarians after college and form a clinic. I want to work with the others because I make terrible buisness deals and it'd be nice to have advice during a surgery.
That's basically my plans for the future. I have an outline of how I want it to go, but the unexpecteed can always happen. So, I guess I can't entirely plan my future. I can only work hard to achieve it, and hope I suceed.
